Cancellation Rules & Refund Policy

Cancellation rules are only applicable if 50% of the total package amount is paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.

Between 7 to 4 days before arrival	50% Charge
Between 3 to 1 days before arrival	75% Charge
On the day of arrival or later	No Refund

No refund is possible if tours are cancelled due to extreme weather, landslides, civil disturbances, or acts of God. However, our team provides full cooperation to arrange alternate routes.

Luggage Guidelines

01 medium-sized bag per person is standard for mountain transport vehicles.

If luggage exceeds vehicle storage capacity, guests may be required to book an additional small cab for extra bags at their own expense.

Payment Terms & Pricing

Quoted package tariffs apply to Indian nationals only and remain valid for 15 days from quotation.

70% payment must be cleared prior to arrival with the remainder settled upon arrival, or 100% cleared upon arrival as agreed.

5% GST is applicable on online digital transactions. GST is not applicable on direct cash settlements.

Itinerary & Service Regulations

Vehicles operate on a point-to-point basis and are not provided for disposal use.

On-the-spot itinerary customisations are not permitted. Modifications require 1-2 days advance notice.

Forceful payment deductions, unauthorized disputes, or refusal to pay for rendered services constitute a breach of agreement.

Sikkim Government Vehicle Rules

As per local district administration regulations in Gangtok, heavy vehicles (Sumo/Bolero):

Are not permitted for local sightseeing inside Gangtok city.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off take place at the nearest designated taxi stand (active daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
